Good morning, I am reaching out to the CCF for help getting an idea how my best non common Morgans would grade. If I can get 10 that would be worthwhile sending to ANACS. My reasoning for ANACS is it is less expensive. I get a grade on the coins and I get to protect them from myself. My addictive personality will likely lead to me overhandling the coins. Sorry for the blabbering here is one of my 1891-o Morgans

I'd say AU-50, likely cleaned in the past. Not a good candidate to send to ANACS.

Still looking for a VAM. Is that 9 closed or is it close with some damage?

Looks like VAM 11 O set right. Not 11-A because I don't see a clash under the G.

I'll grade it at AU.
Errers and Varietys.

too much light. avoid overhead lighting as its causing shadows. we need to see what the surfaces look like in-hand.
the coin appears to have been cleaned and I would call it AU53 details (cleaned) . the embedded grime in and around all the letters are leading me to that. i'd be glad to reassess if you want to re-take photos without that glare.
if the coin graded straight it would be borderline for grading.

AU details, cleaned - not worth submitting unless you really want VAM attribution on the holder.

I quickly deleted the offending coin.
I will add a new picture of the same coin with less glare soon.
