three more jeffersons I have found where they do not belong...

Feel free to comment on grade and or value.
Try to make your comments educational please. If you guess at the grade that's fine but please say so.
The Jefferson series is popular with newbies and its often helpful to have more seasoned members explain grading.
Everyone is doing a fine job so far on the others. Hopefully some newbies will chime in.

1938 D is AU58 Maybe MS59 but I see some light evidence of wear so it just cant be MS anything IMO. very nice med to strong strike

1969 S is MS62 ish with a tad less than the typical weak detail on the reverse. I thought it was a D at first. S mm 69's are easier to find with a bit more detail than a D mm 69.

1970 D is a tad above average in detail, showing a couple steps. Nice clear fields and blue toning going on there, typical bag marks, I'd say MS63

OH I re-read this "MS59" no I meant AU59 - Good eye!
A case of cranial malfunction.

I wish I had it in hand, it looks to have some extremely light overall wear or mishandling. An AU coin can't be MS anything. If the lightest of rubbing I see was not present, it has what it takes to be an MS65 easy inless it gets whacked some for the toning which would make it MS64 I suppose.

So maybe a tilted image of the 1938 D REVERSE to show light on the surface would make me wrong. I hope I am wrong and it is just a bit of hazing from age.
( Like me, I am a bit hazed )
