Now that Spence pointed me in the right direction I can find much more about this. It is a medallion by Daniel Freidrich Loos (1735-1819). The "Vor 1945" in the auction listing translates to "before 1945" . Looking at other Loos medals I'm thinking this dates to the first quarter of the 19th century. I found this in a lot of coins I purchased on ebay. Surprise finds are always nice.

"Trinket alle daraus" is a quote from Scripture, specifically the scripture verse stated in the exergue: Matthew 26:27.

Even more specifically, it's the slightly archaic spelling used in Martin Luther's 1545 translation. Modern German editions of the Bible spell that first word "Trinkt".
