My suggestion is take all your coins your not sure of how to store, place in one large container, send to me. No more problems.
Don't know how long you've been collecting coins but here is what I used to and still do. I start with an album. Continue putting coins in it until things get a little difficult to find. Then start a second album of the same type. If I get a coin that is better than what is in #1, in #1 it goes and the one from #1 goest to #2. If there is one already in #2, it goes into a 2x2 and that is put in one of those long red boxes with two rows of 2x2's by Whitman. Next I eventually acquire a new album for those coins. Now all the 2x2 duplicates come out and go into #3. Again, if I find a coin better than what is in #1, it goes into #1, the one from #1 goes to #2 and that one to #3.
Gets worse over the years. I now have well over 100 albums. Each type is multipled sets of the same type of coins. For example Mercury dimes just went up to Album #12. You think you'll never get a fantastically all MS graded coins in one album? Wrong. It may take a long time but if you do what I do, eventually all sets #1 will be fantastic. As an example in my Merc Album there is no coin less than MS60 now.
It is fun at times and when and if you do get a great coin for your set #1, it sometimes makes you a little irritated knowing what you'll be doing for a long time afterwords.
