For posting images on CCF, I tend to use the deprecated CCF optimizer, but it does not work on all browsers (it does work on mine, for now).

I have no idea which requirements does Cuds-on-coins have. I'd probably use the same CCF optimizer.
Back in the 2010s I once found another, less branded, website that clearly functioned in the same way as the CCF optimizer. Unfortunately I no longer recall what it was, and I can't find it any more (perhaps it had also changed).

TinyJPG is a free image compression tool that can significantly reduce file size without sacrificing quality.

I just use the default image viewer that is in Windows 10 - works great for me. I can crop, rotate the image by tenths of a degree to get the proper orientation and resize them and choose the resolution percentage.

Paint.net IS THE WRONG LINK!!!! The poor paint company finally gave up and it now redirects to GetPaint.net or the Microsoft Store (paid).

Or, if you aren't afraid of the command line Image Magick makes it easy to do these kinds of transformations repeatedly.

What I posted has the correct link when click on it. It also shows when you hover over it.

If you highlight-copy-paste, yeah, it is wrong. But I embedded the link correctly for a reason. This is not my first rodeo.

For those who would like to know, this is how I typed it in:

paint.net.
