Hi having trouble with this penny can't tell if it is doubled or not any thoughts would be helpful ty.

Can't tell much with these pictures, Herestohoping. Where exactly are you seeing doubling?

Obverse Ridge Ring is a sure sign of die deterioration--and Die Deterioration can lead to Die Deterioration Doubling.

This is DDD, also a nice Ridge Ring formed over the Motto. - But then this is like trying to evaluate a coin while looking at it while it is still on the floor. Close up images would help when asking about doubling.
