I do not see any listings that match and not for sure you have an RPM. The yellow arrow is pointing at Die Deterioration and the red arrows are pointing at what could be a re-punching on the inside and possibly a split at the base. We would need much clearer closeups to tell for sure though. Here are a couple of links for you too, if you did not already have them.
