Attached are a few photos of a 2021 P Crossing the Delaware quater showing signs of doubling occurring on reverse with lettering/initials and a possible repunch/double of mint mark on obverse. Could this quarter have a portion being actual doubling versus Mechanical Doubling?

Thanks as always.

I suspect its a matter of Die Deterioration, perhaps with a touch of Machine Doubling.
