Hey coinnoisseurs, I came across this one and haven't done a lot of research, first question is what does MS mean?

I wonder if MS isn't their assigned grade.

I only saw that it's off struck but nothing else. maybe MS stands for missed struck or maybe mint struck error?

How about Mint State for the condition, and Error for the doubled mint mark?

That makes sense but wierd they wouldn't highlight what type of error if that's what you are sending it to grade for?

DCGS must be the slabbing company while MS is most likely mint state.

very strange, the close up of the MM is terrible to know what is going on there, but a doubled MM is usually an RPM - a variety

and never heard of 'DCGS'

I'll try to take a better picture but it's hard with that plastic case.

I thought no RPMs past 1989. Too bad can't see the edge of the coin. First pic shows slight reeding at 11 o'clock but I don't see any other reeding (doesn't mean there isn't any). Partial collar?

My understanding is no more RPMs on cents after 1989.
1990 was the last RPMs for the other denominations.
