At first glance--given the posted images--it appears to be a case of Die Deterioration. Others will be along to comment.

This is Die Deterioration Doubling unfortunately. Not a DDO.

I agree with DDD here. The appearance of double letters moving towards the rim on all sides of the coin.

That is very bad DDD here. Note that only the top of each device is 'doubled', and it is all trending towards the rim around the coin. That is a classic indicator of DDD.
