If the coin were pristine the answer might be different, but given its battered state I'm going to say some type of PMD. Is the line raised or incuse?

Can't tell with these pics. I would say either a die crack or plating blister though, with what we have to work with.

It could be a die crack but seems to be to thick so I will go with blister.

Hi Thump1. I'm going to take a guess at either a die crack or a small piece of twisted wire. You may be able to get a better idea if you have a scope. It's hard to see clearly and be conclusive by these pictures. ErrorsRCool.
