I'll bump it to AU but add an old cleaning
I swing a metal detector and have a knack for finding dirty old coins.

Slight wear most visible on Liberty's hair and eagle talons. Friction has mostly erased luster from the fields. Contact marks are few and color is nice. If it was cleaned it was minor and should be "market acceptable."

I'd say solid XF-40 with a shot at 45. A decent circulated example of this common no-motto half eagle.
