1955 D Wheat Penny Off Center Strike

I posted a previous cent that I thought was an off center strike but turns out it was not....my bad. Lol I could so totally be wrong again but this looks like it is off center. And the coloring looks off to me. Pictures don't do it justice but hopefully you can see what I mean. What do you all think?

The coin looks to be a slightly Misaligned Die strike (MAD), but not off-center. There's usually no premium value on a MAD strike, until the offset starts to cause a loss of parts of the design.

An off-center strike is struck outside of the collar with both obverse and reverse shifted.

this is a MAD strike.

Also agree that the coin has been cleaned sometime in the past to account for the unusual color.

Agree with all above.

I've been searching through Lincoln Cent rolls across several decades. Must have plowed trough a few million pieces so far, and counting. There's quite a range in appearance--toning, staining, corrosion, some cleaned, etc., etc. Expect a wide range in 'look'.

I appreciate you all! Wish I had waay nicer coins but ya know those things cost money...that I don't have lol picked up a 2023 Kennedy half dollar yesterday. I was unaware they still made those actually. Pretty cool tho
