Does this coin look like it was altered by fire to you guys?
It's a nice coin, but I'm wondering if it's a details coin or not?
Thanks in advance. Also I know this is the wrong section for this, but I don't want to bring in any extra bidders. Haha

weird stuff going on on the check; I'd avoid this one personally; so much weird lightning you might not get what you thought you would!

There is a possibility that there was a bit of heat applied to the surface to 'stress' the metal and color it.
I would leave it alone..

Appears AU details, whizzed.
Note the complete absence of natural die flow lines, odd luster, and contact marks that appears rounded and smoothed.
Would advise against from bidding.

Iit sounds like the majority are against.
I will leave it alone.
I had the same thought as Dearborn as well on this one. Not worth the chance.
Thanks for the advice guys. Much appreciated.

Yes, it definitely won't get a straight grade. Color is just off.

The toning looks off one the face. I would pass on it.
