Here is a 1983 with obverse doubling. I tried identifying this on doubleddie.com but my coin has some aspects of several of the listings, and other aspects which are not there at all.

The closest I found was WDDO-007 because of the doubling plus the reverse side clash from the right tip of the memorial to the rim. The same or similar clash is on WDDR-002.

But I feel like maybe something else is going on here. What I see is noted below:

OBVERSE:
-doubling on 1, O (God), T (Liberty)
-doubling on back of collar, which I can't find an example of anywhere else.
-die crack behind the head and through the head.
-die crack between B and E (Liberty)
-Raised areas above and below Liberty
-raised areas between God and We
-spread on I, O, S, and T (IGWT)
-Raised areas below the , and in various places to the right of bust and face

REVERSE
-shadow across top which looks like this was a re-stamp?
-Raised areas to left of memorial below, U
-Line (which is hard to see) between E and C (One Cent)
-Doubling on U and B (Unum)
-Either a die crack, or a re-stamp of the bottom right of the memorial.

Anyone notice anything else?
Anyone have any idea what I'm looking at, here?

I have included photos that are not marked up and marked up for your reference.

Thanks!

Looks like a lot of plating blisters. These zinc core cents are bad about rotting away.

Neutronical, I do not see anything out of the ordinary with your coin, outside of circulation and plating issues. Here are several links to help you learn more about coins.

ok - first off to CCF!!
and Second to what ever. that you listed - most of it can be attributed to zinc bubbles (the raised bumps) - what you call a die crack between B and E looks like a linear plating bubble
on the Motto that appears to be mild MD and maybe DDD going on there.
behind the collar is MD
On the reverse the spot on the left of the memorial looks like a stain, possibly a water droplet.
the best part of this coin is the weakness of the device elements at the top of the reverse is due to the obverse design being so large that it took most of the metal to form, and leaving not much for the reverse to strike up.
Some folks will call that a 'grease filled die, but if you notice that the very top of 'States of' is strong - that is because that is wher ethe bust on the obverse stopped.
