Seems like a lam, but could be a piece of struck through copper foil too. That is a fun find!

Given the pics posted, I'm thinking a foil issue. An in-hand examination might prove otherwise.

@hwbfresh,. it almost looks like a small die chip, or freestanding interior die break depending on size. Really hard to tell with those pics, I would post a couple better pics..
