Perhaps some Machine Doubling on the left side of the vertical portion?

A smidge of Machine Doubling with a hint of Die Deterioration issues.

What 'T' is that a picture of your screen shot of?
The T in liberTy on the obverse, or is it one of the 'T's on the reverse (quarTer, UnuTed, sTaTes) - but it cannot be the T in 'quarter' though - it id facing the wrong way.

and please, no more screen shots of your monitor or scope - just upload the actual image.
