This 1976 D Jefferson nickel came out of my bank nickel roll today. I really like this coin as I consider it a looker! There are nicks and some scratches but consider it is from circulation it is a nice coin. It has full steps (I counted 5) and a interesting coin nick to the right of the mouth which adds character to Jefferson. Fields are fairly clean with a small nick to the left of his nose. A real survivor, so take a look at the pics and let me know what you think! Regards all.

At best MS-64, attractive for sure but not worth a premium I'm guessing.

Must have sat in a coin jar for a few decades. Nice find!

Nice example. Yes, likely 'sat out' the circulation wars for a good long while.
