Had to look up the production on these two types to see which was produced first.
It seems the 1960 Small date was produced first and then the dies were changed to large date. A few dies ended up with the "... small date hubbing over a large date hubbing".
Large date production followed small date production, soI would think they will be in large date rolls. (Even if the dates on the variety look like small dates.)

(With this being said, a lot depends on the sellers integrity whether the coins have been re-rolled as others have said.)
I do remember another forum where a member found many of these in multiple rolls. Needless to say, they bought all the rolls that were available. I reached out to see if they would share that information about what type of rolls they might be in but their messaging was full.
