That cheek hit looks pretty deep. I'd say MS-63PL.

MS-64+

IMO frosting is not consistent on all the devices for a PL grade. Reverse is outstanding, questioning mark on lower jaw (scuff or bag mark)

Depends on how deep some of those cheek marks actually are, but best guess MS-64PL

obverse fields would too
face couple of nicks is what I would think brings it down to 63
