I would like to know how this reverse aberration would be classified and how it would affect the grade which is being discussed in another thread.

nice small lamination
but this coin could have been in an old Whitman folder where the obverse side can get touched or rubbed to keep it shiny while the reverse is absorbing the chemical additives of the backing of the folder to get that color..
