Top 1 is a 2 number note (could be called a binary but a true binary is 0 and 1 and many want the matching letters) and bottom is a quad double. The only issue is the condition, neither serial number is rare so the chances of getting anything over face is pretty much nil, but there are bididiots on ebay that might give you over face.
