Virtually impossible to grade a scanned note in a holder. CGA does not have a good rep when its notes are crossed.

Barring any folds, that aren't always detectable from flat photos, it has great centering especially for the series. If you're contemplating submitting it to a top tier grading company, be prepared for a potential downgrade.

Good looking Hawaiian emergency issue Ace.

CGA should be Can't Grade Accurately, if you submit it to PMG or PCGS you won't get a 68.

Total throw of the dice to spend money re-grading this note. CGA is not a forgotten grading company without reason.

Everything depends on what you paid for it.

In a top tier holder like PMG, it has a retail value of around $300 in 66, so not a lot.

Factor in your regrading fees.

If it comes back from PMG at 66, would you be disappointed? If it comes back from PMG at 64 no Q, I'm certain you would be disappointed.

Given my long experience with CGA notes, I would not have paid more than $150 for this.

To know if it's a 68 you need to examine the note outside its holder.
