I found a 2022 D dime that looks to be off Center and a flat rim instead of a reeded rim. Can anybody tell me anything about this? And what it might be worth.

to the CCF, 11HLL11! Unfortunately, your dime is just severely damaged - looks like it spent some time in a parking lot or on the street. Only worth ten cents.

Agree--post-strike damage. In addition to the 'road rash', the coin may have spent a short time lodged in a dryer (a short time -- Dryer Coin), The coin did not leave the striking chamber in that condition.

Take a coin and rub it on concrete a couple times, you will get the same results.
