Pulled this out of a lot, google search is throwing nothing up. First thoughts it could be old vintage toy money?

Appears copper, 19mm, weight approx 4g

@coin, that is an interesting piece. Can you please add the weight too, as that sometimes helps in identification? Thx. I did find one other example of this token on the interwebs (someone--perhaps you--asking about this exact piece). Hopefully CCF can be more insightful!

Have updated, its about 4g - quite heavy for such a small token. Other post was not me so it seems there is more than one out there (unless we have the same one!)

I'm intrigued by the spelling of 'doller'

I have one similar - it is about 18mm and lighter at about 2.3g. Sorry for the bad quality images. I saw your post and had to find mine and then took the photos under sub-par conditions.

My guess was that it was made in British-India under Queen Victoria as some sort of token. But I haven't been able to convince myself to let it go until I hopefully figure it out! :)

Very interesting!

The portait of the 'queen' (intended to be Victoria maybe) is a lot less flattering on mine than yours even disregarding the desperate Dan chin

I'm going to look around a few of the old Indian princely state coins to see if the script in the centre circle is similar to any.
