First your pic is out of focus and we need both sides of the coin to see what you are seeing. Plus please say what you are seeing.

Agree--appears to be a greased die issue.

To add, ' no mint mark' = minted/struck at the Philadelphia mint.

@fuzuoku ... " Greaser", or a coin struck with dies that have become filled with grease, have little additional value, as this is a common occurrence ... Particularly extreme examples may have some additional value, but we're only talking a few dollars here...
...That being said, good eye , keep looking at your coins, don't get discouraged when something looks odd to you, but turns out to be a common occurrence (grease-filled strikes, Machine Doubling, Die Deterioration & cracks, & post minting damage, among others...)
....remember: rare errors are just that: rare, & chances of finding one are very slim (but not impossible) ... part of the fun is in the "hunt", & you'll gain valuable knowledge ...
...keep up the good work, & keep posting your finds ...

fuzuoku,
I can see your coin selling for maybe 2-3 dollars. It is a keeper none the less.
I would give it a dip in 100% pure acetone, not standard nail polish remover and put it in a 2x2 coin holder.

Your camera may not have a "close up" feature on it and you were just too close to the cent when taking the picture. It may be better to take a clearer farther away picture then just crop your pic. Remember you can "preview" your post before you send it.
