Yes, as E&V stated, a pre-cud. Below is a link to the definitions and below that is a link to see the differences. In a nutshell, you need rim to rim to be considered a pre-cud and the same plus displacement in the die for a Retained Cud, (you can usually see movement in devices in displacement). Cool find!

Here are a couple of pics from COC. The first no displacement in the die or devices, just a rim to rim crack with no "movement", as you called it, the second pic, you can see displacement, look how the S, T and the field look raised and offset. It will be more or less extreme, depending on the case. Hope this helps.
