Just got this coin for under $100 labled as planchet flaw!! Honestly the planchet flaw is a major distraction but for the price I will take it. There are a few obverse rim dings but other than that a solid coin. Thanks for looking!

Thanks Errers. Man we got hit so hard by those two storms. The news is not reporting the real story here or in NC. Our beach is decimated and most older buildings are being condemned. I stayed on one of our boats through Helene and it was scary. The beaches in west Florida just got power back and we are rebuilding! I am back to fishing this weekend.

Thanks man. It's one of those things if you don't live there you don't hear about it.

That is a nice find anyway you look at it I still am looking for one of those, although I have found the counterpart DDR on the 1942 half and was also on my bucket list. I can see the doubling well enough on my end Glad you are faring well (and better) after those terrible storms ...

Nice coin.....Used to look for those regularly and found a couple of them on ebay - Sent them in for certification and they came back in AU 58 and MS 63 holders.

Will, that is a great doubled die, so much going on, congrats! My favorite doubling is the cactus and feathers, makes you almost dizzy. I've always had mixed feelings about variety/error mixes, but this is a cool one. Glad to hear you are ok and starting to put things back together in your area.

Nice pick will. congrats on that and the recovery progress.
Gald to hear your recovery is progressing, but it sure seems to last forever. Slow but steady here as well. Milton's tornado's just missed us but not the rain.
