What date and mint mark please. Does not look like a doubled die.

Yes, appears to be Machine Doubling, and/or a smidge of Die Deterioration Doubling.

Coin is 1976 no mint mark and thank you all for your input. I hope you all don't mind if I post a few more that are odd looking?

To CCF! It's not a Doubled Die. You have Die Deterioration Doubling and maybe Machine Doubling as well.
