With coins minted before 1990, it's unlikely that both the Devices, and the Mint Mark will show the same type of doubling. Prior to 1990, the Mint Mark was added by hand to the Working Die after the Die had been engraved. The Hub Doubling occurs when the Working Die is struck from the Master Die. This, for the most part, reduces the chances of the coin Devices, and the MM to have the same type of doubling to almost zero.
