1964-D-Nickel:-Die-Deterioration-Or-RPM

This is a 1964-D Jefferson nickel close up of a mint mark. Would this be considered a RPM or is it Die Deterioration? I appreciate your feedback :D

There is faint Die Deterioration on the edge of the building, but that looks more like Machine Doubling or PMD. Can you post a full pic? That makes it much easier to see what's happening around that small area.

Thanks everyone! I figured it looked a little similar to the RPM but just didn't look right from what I've seen.

It is definitely an eye catching and unusual mint mark. Maybe this one isn't an RPM, but you were right to investigate further. Here is a similar mint state example from the PCGS catalog:
