Attached are a few photos of this 1970D Lincoln Memorial penny with some extra material hanging from the 2nd U in Pluribus on Reverse. Is this just a die chip hanging out against the U or something else There is little on the inside portion too same area. I do know that it is a floating roof but very common for the 69/70 years. Also, looked at the reference sites and no DDR's out there. Crossing fingers, but no this community will keep me straight.
