Found this 1977 Roosevelt dime that looks like clad is partially missing on the front ant the back. Also is missing a mint mark. Is it an error ?   |

Interesting, yes. An accurate weight to two decimal places would tell us more. For the record, the dime was minted in Philadelphia and does not carry a 'P" mint mark.
