I'm with the crowd here at 64, but ICG could have gone a grade or two higher.

I would have been at 63 because of the chatter, but I think 64 is ok.

pretty weak strike for an 04(O)

your photos show a weak luster coin as well

i'd have it at MS63 maybe a +
