Need help identifying this one if it even is one at all. If you look at the 8 within 1986 you can see that it appears to be deformed or something because in some parts it looks like the loops are almost not connecting. As if another number was struck over the 8 but I honestly don't know. These pics are the best I can do so I apologize if they arent clear enough.

Could be zinc dust (plating issue).

If you stare at a Zincoln hard enough, it will start to deteriorate.
