I thought you beautiful people can lent me your brain for a moment... I am a beginning coin collector ( 2 years ) never have I come across something like this it looks to have an O mm under Liberty and after the last T in Trust there seems to be another mm mabey with what looks like a wire was there when it was stamped... No idea what do y'all think? Thanks in advance for any information

That is quite unusual. My first thought would be a zinc blister and surrounding zinc rot.

Is there a way to clean it to have a better look... The O is definitely raised as high as Liberty when I probe with tooth pic
