The only record I can find of these is NGC has four graded as VP-002. If you aren't aware NGC has a much broader variety list than PCGS. Here is their link to Washington quarters https://www.ngccoin.com/variety-plu...1998/820257/ they have other denominations as well. I personally prefer PCGS for their imaging and registry sets.
