Doubling stars. Possible doubling lettering IGWT date

And the Rim IS SPLIT/ Cracked around the whole rim
When you drop it sound like a THUD SOUND DEAD

The reverse looks like Die Deterioration Doubling to me, spreading towards the eagle. It could also be Machine Doubling, as people have pointed out. To me, it looks more melty than structured, which suggests DDD.

The obverse looks like MD.

That crevice through the reeds is interesting. Usually scratches just run across the surface. Given the uneven appearance and the way the metal is pressed together, I'm wondering if there isn't a slight delamination between the 80/20 silver/copper cladding layer and the coin's core.
