Your's is exactly that, nothing out of the ordinary.

It looks like a stain on Kennedy's face. That's the end of the banner / ribbon in / at the eagle's beak.

You should in general post pictures of the coins outside of their 2x2s @dou, but in this case I'm not sure that it is needed in this particular case as both aspects are explained by folks above.
