Nice! A good looking coin. Thanks for sharing. Are you pursuing the full ASE series?

Quote: The queen is back in Canada. And this is my King of W silver eagle. What do you think? I'm not sure what the statement means. The 2019S ERP is the lower production 2019 ERP edition, and marginally the lowest production ASE in general. Many people still consider the 1995W proof as still the king of ASEs. Certainly the king of West Point mint ASEs.

Here is the difference between these...
I. Why is it a king?
1.) 2019 W enhanced rev pr silver eagle: Total Mintage "99,675". 2.) Historically significant: "Pride of two nations". 3.) 2019 W: the first sophisticated design elements. 4.) 2019 W enhanced Rev pr silver Eagle was released in "July 2019" 5.) Specifically made for the "Pride of Two Nations" programs.
II. Why not a king? My choice.
1.) 2019 S enhanced rev pr silver eagle: Total Mintage "30,00" 2.) Similar design elements as 2019 W enhanced rev pr silver eagle? 3.) 2019 S enhanced rev pr was released in "November 2019." 4.) Anything else?
III.) Why not a king now? My choice.
1.) 1995 W silver eagle. Lowest mintage: 30,125 2.) Was part of 5-coin set? 3.) 10th anniversary of the American Eagle bullion coin program. 4.) Anything else?
Online sources: Please correct any information that is not as described.

You need to get the full set of 2019. But the 2019 W ERP is not the King or Queen. The 2019 S is the King of the series (enhanced reverse proof). The 1995 W is the king of West Point. Even the W75 has a lower mintage. The 2019 W ERP is more like a Jack rather an a king. I picked up my Pride of 2 Nations set on the secondary market for $90 way below the initial price. Its a nice looking coin but readily available.

The beautiful collection of a silver eagle.
I think the 2019 West Point (W) series would be my choice if I ever want to collect the Silver Eagle series.
In my opinion, a low mintage status would not be enough to convince me to choose the king.

Helder, Every time I see Your ASE Line ups, I am left drooling, ..... Most people believe Helders analogy about the King/Queen of the American Silver Eagle Series, Is 100% Correct. Gilly, Your take is Also spot on too..... Why do You believe the 2019-W ERP is the King, ? Historically Significant because the RCM and the U S Mints joined up for The First Time..?

I still have both 2019 S-ERP. Almost traded it for a gold coin, but I think they have an upside potential. Morgan's Dad have you seen my latest endeavor? http://goccf.com/t/471837I'm going back to the classics.

Helder, I am Impressed with your dedication and devotion to commit and produce said coins, Well Done I too have a album-ed Morgan dollars collection. The 2-Album Whitman holders, 9128, 9129 are Loaded with Coins that I Could locate Anywhere I Could. Most ole school Silver dollar collectors believe the Most Gorgeous, Awesome, Deep Mirror, Proof-Like examples are Hoarded away from Wanting eyes, Hoarded away from Some that have Not seen such examples, GSA Hoards, etc. These same examples are changing hands and coming up for All to see and cherish Soon... I would not want to en devour collecting this Morgan series Today, Far Too pricey and very Low grade examples are available, Some Sweet, just $$$$$.. Edit to say: Any Local Coin Shop is a Big, Big plus to a Coin collector, I was fortunate a local shop owner was very understanding and Always put things He knew I would enjoy aside. Once an owner and Any other person get to form a relationship, a bond, the better the ' hunts ' will go....

Morgans Dad, the local coin shop really helps. He holds the coins for me and I've paid very good prices. I expected to take a year to do this but the prices have been so good (lower than grey sheet) that I may finish this year.
