I don't usually pay a premium for toned coins but seeing I collect 1960 Small Date Cents I figured why not........... What grade do you think PCGS gave this one.........Thanks for looking!

Between Abe's nose and the rim....is that linear mark (scratch?) on the coin, or on the holder?

A little choppy on the stairs and that field to the left of Abe. Nevertheless, that is a gorgeous coin and PCGS loves to give good grades to high eye appeal.

Wow, awesome small date toner! I love the green hair!!
PCGS is hard on the red 60's coins. I can't image they would go easy on a RB example either.

I'll guess MS-65 for the grade.
