Notice only the obverse is off. This indicates a misaligned die, not an off-center strike. It's a pretty good one, but not much of a premium.

I believe you when you say that you didn't clean this coin @rub, but it looks to me like someone did something to the surface. The letters of IGWT are almost falling off the edge of the coin which is great.
