I've had this since I was a kid filling my Witman folder. Never really took a good look at her till today...boy oh boy she's changed! The one thing I never noticed before she toned up was the clashing? Look in front of the bridge of her nose and by her throat down to the D in GOD.
She's definitely a details cleaned (hairlines)...but I'm thinking in the VF range?
Just thought I'd share my new/old discovery

Neat die clash, very strong near the throat. I'm not usually a toning guy, but I like that concentric reverse! =) What did you store the coin in?
