I've been digging as deep as I can and have found very little results except a page on greybook about an O 1889 Morgan that has a die clash of the IN near the neck. Only A handful of these having been found and one selling for 26k. Someone have any advice on this. See pictures, best I could take with my phone.

Not a VAM-5 based on date position. I don't believe there is an 1889-O VAM-5B. Also, I see no die clashes, although the photos are not ideal. In this condition, it might be worth about $35.

Not a clash. That appears to be Reed Marks on the neck from contact with the edges of another coin. PMD.

Yes I need to be able to make better pics, but these are deffebtly letter stamped into the coin right at the top of the neck. It's reversed to looking at it from the top down it looks to be an I and an N possibly.

Die clashes typically show up on the fields, not on the portrait itself. Very likely to be Reed Marks or some other damage.

I agree that the marks on Liberty's neck are certainly Reed Marks from contact with another coin during minting. A very common occurrence. Any clashing would be seen in the fields in front of the neck - not on the neck. See the image below from VamWorld for reference.

Here's a view of the coin in which I copied a portion of the rim and superimposed it above the neck marks. Certainly seems that these are Reed Marks.
