Is this a error on the 7? And the reverse near the branches vertical lines?

The misshaped "7" is most likely a circulation hit. PMD.
The only thing I see on reverse pics is worn die issues.

I'm thinking a circulation hit like Tacc said, on the date. Also seeing Die Deterioration on the reverse.

I agree with circulation hit that displaced the metal on lower part of 7

Issue with the reverse might be die polishing scratches or Feeder Finger Damage...It's a spender in my book.
