1959 P Nickel Possible Improperly Annealed Planchet

Maybe chemically treated or heat treated, but in 35 years of metal detecting, East to the West coast, and 4 cigar boxes and 3 Folgers cans full to the brim of environmentally challenged coins, I can tell you this coin has never been on or in the ground.
