The obverse looks to be deterioration and the reverse is Machine Doubling.

No Doubled Die - get used to it - coin searching you will see alot of " Machine Doubling", and " Die Deterioration Doubling" that kinda looks like real "Die Doubling" but isn't!
Good eye to spot that - keep searching.

yep, the obverse devices looks a bit 'mushy'
and MD on the reverse.
