Several of the reverse dies for 1882 have weak strikes, but this one is definitely a strong reverse. If there was a cleaning, it looks market acceptable to my eyes. I'm not sure of the exact variety designation for this one, but it's one of the several downward sloping dates with the broken top of the 2. If the price is right, it has the eye appeal.
