Anyone seen this before? Striations on both sides, I was thinking
someone did this post mint BUT there are some on Lincoln that appear to
follow the curve of his head so not sure now.

For sure there is plenty of circulation wear on this cent, but I wonder if the radial lines aren't from Die Deterioration. See here for example:

Definitely a damaged coin, you can see the "streaks/lines" going over the devices. PMD.
