Hi all
Can anyone help here?
It looks different to other same year coins as the letters are so close to rim of coin at the top.
Is this a DDO?

It's the result of striking coins with worn dies--die deterioration.

Looks like a die crack running from front top of Lincoln's hair to rim.. Just my opinion.

Even looks like a Ridge Ring forming above "IN GOD" from the worn die.
